Our Story
Built for the everyday subcontractor
The word “Sublication” comes from the two things this tool does: it’s for subcontractors, and it’s for applications for payment. That’s it. No ambitions to become a full construction management suite. No enterprise upsell. Just a genuinely useful, affordable tool for the people who actually do the work on site.
Subcontractors — especially smaller ones without a commercial manager or QS — apply for money they’ve earned weeks after they’ve earned it, based on information that’s out of date, without enough photo evidence to fight a dispute, often late at night under time pressure. And yet the work was done. The materials were installed. The progress happened.
Sublication fixes that by moving the application process to where the work is: on site, in real time, on your phone.
